Spring Flowers using Unity Stamps
It's spring and I'm ready to do some colorful cards using some of my flower stamps! This is a stamp from Unity April Kit of the Month.
I used Tim Holtz distress inks to stamp the flowers around the edges of my cardstock. Then randomly colored them in with matching colored pencils. You can't tell it from the picture, but I randomly put some glue on the petals and sprinkled DecoArt glamor dust on top.
Made the card sparkle and shine!

Eclipse Technique Card
I just found out about this new technique called Eclipse! When you cut out your letters or shapes, I backed them with the same color cardstock that the background is layered on, slightly offset. Then, add dimensionals to the back and pop them up. Easy!!
I used Unity Stamp for the image. I stamped that first, then did the cutting out. I LOVE this new technique!!

DecoArt stencil/Gelli Plate cards Fairies
These cards are a result of DecoArt Stencils on a Gelli Plate.
You can use regular cardstock. The paint adheres really well and you can use distress inks right over top of it. As you can see-it turned out great! Add some sparkle and shine with glossy accents.
Americana Fairies Stencils

I've added glossy accents to the butterfly and the outlines of her wings and then sprinkled with Glamour Dust.

I used Bees and Birds on one side. Used Birdhouse on the other side.
Just tape them down with painters tape and use a sponge dauber. They turned out GREAT. Did a few daisies with my paint brush.

DecoArt Premium Paint on Cardstock-WOW!
I've used the new paint by DecoArt to create this tag and card.

Their new Premium Acrylic paint is so sheer, it can be used on regular cardstock without warping the paper!! I love the delicate characteristics of this paint.
Below are two tags put together. The bottom I did two layers of swiping the colors in a cross hatching technique. The paint dries quickly allowing you to continue to add more color or start creating with it. I then splattered watered down white over top.
The top tag I stamped the Unity image with brown archival ink and then painted in the tulips.
The card below I used not only the Premium Acrylic paints, but then blended the edges with Distress ink. The worked well together.
In playing with the DecoArt Premium paints, I'm finding they work well with other acrylic paints, distress inks, etc. You can buy yours at the DecoArt website-HERE.
