His Eye is on the Sparrow

One of challenges this month at OWSE was from Wendy. Needed to incorporate song lyrics on a project.
I just purchased a new stamp set on clearance at Hobby Lobby.  Been wanting a chandelier forever! Love it!

Started with white card stock-sprayed and sponged two different inks.  Stamped with Black Stazon my chandlier and other stamps.  Used some Tim Holtz distress ink around the edges and a little on top to blend everything.  Then took white gel pen and highlighted areas on the flourdelis and chandelier.  Wrapped some taffia around the edge and threaded it thru a vintage button. Attached my lyric (which was stamped separately on tan cardstock) with pop dots.
Love this technique!!
